A very unfortunate set of circumstances, but not the fault of Select. This would have come to light when the new lenders legal team went through the paperwork --- usually left towards the end of the process due to the costs involved. The fault (if any) lies with your current lender for either putti...

Disppointing to read your views on Select. I have been dealing with them since Feb to sort out our equity release to finsih iva and have found them helpful friendly professional and communication brilliant. Is it Selects fault that this clause has put aspanner in the works? We made a mistake during...

After many adjournments by Creditfix my full and final offer was eventually accepted by Creditors. The Select Partnership, who from the outset have been excellent, now appear to have failed big time. At the point where the lender they had brokered with should have been releasing the money, The Selec...

If you have made that lump sum payment I would say yes -- but it depends on the nature and wording of the accepted offer. Thank you. The lump sum will go directly to Creditfix from The Select Partnership. I don't know if this has been done yet. The acceptance was a very short letter and a copy of t...

They completion process was excellent ( yes I am talking about Creditfix :D ) I had my completion cert about 2/3 weeks after last payment and that was slower than most! This very reassuring - thank you. Once I have made the last payment, do I need to send them anything else ? I completed without an...

I’m win CF and am waiting for my variation meeting for a F&F. I believe I was one of the first to be hit with this issue back in end or April. CF have now said they have sorted the issue and I have been given a new date. So dependent on when your initial meeting was adjourned, you may hear from the...

I gather from other posters in the same boat that CF have agreed to suspend interim payments while waiting for this mess to be sorted out. Alternatively you could amend your offer to reduce the lump sum by the amount of these payments. I would suggest that you and anyone else affected by this monum...

We made our 60th payment in june and we have also had meetings adjourned at least 4 times if not more-ive lost count. Theyve now pulled the case completely while they sort out this paperwork issues theyve...

No -- you are not alone. Credit Fix have, apprently, halted all variations due to creditors being unhappy with their paperwork (at least this is what they have told at least one poster here). My suggestion that they proceed using the already agreed framework while they sort out changes away from li...
