Yes you must sign it, but Creditfix are demonstrating either dishonesty or their complete lack of knowledge. The RX1 puts a notice on the deeds which, if you tried to sell during the IVA, would alert buyers as well as inform the IP. That is all it does. It is not a charge and it gives them no right...
