This was with 02 and I was just trying to buy an iphone 7 outright and then do a contract for the airtime. We have 3 other contracts with 02 in our family that we have had for years.

I think you may have misunderstood. I am in an IVA now but when I did another IVA 12 years ago I didn’t have a problem renewing my mobile phone contracts or taking out a mobile phone contract as it was seen as a utility. How can I get phone contact for my kids that travel 35 miles in a taxi to school

Thank you. I sent the IP an email last week but got an out of office so thought I would ask on here. Does anyone know how an IP views compensation for a claim for injury? I am possibly about to receive compensation for a hair claim made 2 years ago from a hairdresser ruining my hair and causing my hair and scalp to be burnt. Are we allowed to keep any of it?

Hi all, does anyone know if you are allowed to keep any tax rebate from the previous year. I knew I was owed money because before the iva I tried working weekends to try and pay off some debts on top of my week job. Even though I shouldn’t have been paying tax as I didn’t earn enough I still had to ...

I was thinking they would take the lot so anything is a bonus. I know I am also owed tax as I over payed that last year too but still waiting for it to be calculated. Honestly if all this had come to us when it should have done we probably could have stretched out a bit longer without jumping into d...

Today I woke up to £435 in my account from child tax credits, no idea what is for as we only get £41 every 4 weeks. I managed to get through on the phone and all they could say was that it would be an underpayment from the past.
Will I have to give the whole lot into the IVA?
