Hi Andy as per my previous posting regarding Insolvency Register (Scotland), they charge to look at this site and charges are annual subscription is £4,000.00, day viewing is £16.00, may be if England/Wales had somthing simular it may be a deterant?

Melanie thanks for your reply, I have one question to ask, do I need to seek the advise of a solicitor as the loan guarantee's are joint and several, and these loans as I understood them where secured on Property not our property.

Thanks for the reply, I wasn't sure I was looking on the correct site, I was interested why do Scotland charge to do a search and England/Wales don't.

Hi can anyone advise is there an Insolvency Register for Scotland to check if a particular person has an IVA/BANKRUPTCY as the Individual Insolvency Register ONLY covers England and Wales WHY [?][?]
