Hi,

Yes we did tell the letting agent about the IVA. On the homelet form it asked if ever been bankrupt. You do have to be honest because if they find out later that you have not disclosed it it could harm your application. I always feel honesty is the best policy.

Hi Buttercup,

Yes it was so hard especially with her having two young girls. I miss her so much, not being able to talk to her, having been through so much over the last couple of years, but at least I have memories.

It is always days like this that are hard when we have lost someone so close. I lost my sister two years ago at 41 of a brain tumour. It is hard but we just need to remember the good times, and they are no longer suffering. I feel as time goes on it does get a little easier but obviously we will nev...

We are getting back together in March, moving into a new rented property, and I have just got a job. Although we are getting back together and I have got a ...

He pays 200.00 per month and I pay 66.00 as I am not working and have two children living with me. Our company took bot...

Hi,

The lump sum would come from our 50% bonus payments saved up over the next 20 months plus we have a 90.00 per month contingency which we would save if we did not need to use it.

Hi, I am so sorry you are feeling so down, I know how that feels, it will get better. I was in a DMP before went for an IVA. I stopped my payments, as soon as I decided to take on an IVA. It took about three months before our IVA was accepted and in that time I did get a bit of hassle form creditors...
