The IV started in Nov 2017, so will be on your credit files until Nov 2023. This is what is killing your credit score. Whether the defaulted accounts show as settled / partially settled or closed will make little difference. Have a read here for background info: https://www.iva.co.uk/what-does-an-i...

Hi Katie As said already, all the accounts which were included in our IVA had dates around the time we started IVA so they disappeared from our credit report. only accounts on there now are what we have...current account, a credit card, mortgage, the loan we got for equity release and mobile phone ...
