My initial thoughts are that your IP is in the wrong by holding off completion for 2 years, and I would be complaining very bitterly about this. PPI is no reason for witholding completion. Who are you with ? There is a possibility that they will fail the IVA, even at this stage. But, this matters l...

We paid our last IVA payment 2 years ago January but hasn't completed yet due to outstanding PPI claims.
