hi
my wife is going to file for bankrupsy in the next week,as her iva was rejected ,mine was accepted.our queston is how do we go about renting and do we move out of home straight away or when it is sold?

i can get an N245 from work, work for a firm of solicitors, I am very tempted to tell my boss what has been going on as I know he could help me but am afraid he may not want me working for him any more when he finds out the mess I am in!

Yes I did that within 14 days but PP sent in the wrong I&E form which wouldn't help and subsequently the Judge refused to reduce payments. But in the meantime I was supposed to pay £150 by the 7th Jan, couldn't afford this but did pay what I could afford which was about £60, does this mean I have mi...

Does anybody know please? A few days after receiving the court order allowing me to pay by instalments then I wrote to the court asking that the payments be reduced.
