Just want to say that my offer of £7000 was accepted yesterday!

The time has come to make another offer! This time I’m going for £7000, if accepted, will I have to stick to the expenditure list until I receive my certificate, or can I do what I want with my money if accepted?

As I have £9347 left on the IVA and I’m paying £314 for another 36 months they’ve said the offer is too low. I was half expecting it to be declined honest. I know! They had like 28 days notice for the meeting how have they not voted yet

I’ve just had an email from them-

“We are still waiting to receive some votes and are also still negotiating with some other creditors. The meeting has been postponed while everything is finalised and you should hear from the meetings officer in the coming days on the outcome.”

They needed my expenditure sheet for the F&F but never asked for payslips, bank statements etc.

We’ll see what happens at the meeting next tue!

Once a F&F offer has been accepted, do you pay the balance and that’s it - or so they conduct a final I&E review?
