Hi
If you wish to propose a full and final as a friend is willing to loan you the money do you have to give details of that friend?
I am moving overseas and the friend in question would not wished to be named.
How much detail do you need to give about full and finals?

No property.
I owe £50k in total and AMEX have £13k of that debt.
I know that the protocol only asks that they give a reason but IVA company say once they knwo what the reason is they may be able to argue it. Right now i just feel in limbo!

Sorry not sure if i was clear i mean without an IVA AMEX want me to pay them £500 a month (plus all my other debtors) when having done an I&E it shows that i only have £830 left once all other bills are subtracted.

Whats the best way to do a DMP if my IVA fails? We are moving overseas in about 6 months to a year as well.
Apparently Eversheds are acting for AMEX who rejected. IP said he faxed all the information that they required (unsure what that was) and that it was now a waiting game!!!!

Sorry having mass panic about the fact i want to work in the middle east at the end of the year and worried th...

Move is being funded by employment opportunities. Both myself and my partner work in 'in demand' occupations that mean we will be on at least double to three times our UK salary plus it is tax free. Added to that my partners parents live there. The IVA will not be concluded unless i offer a F&F befo...
