No I don't yet Melanie, to be honest we have never been told anything about the house sale, we only knew it had been sold because we live nearby. I am asuming everything has been paid otherwise they wouldn't have wrote and told me this? Never mind, as I say this should be the final end to it all. We...

Hiya Melanie, I will have to read the letter through again when hubby gets home - he's a postman and read it over the phone this morning. Not sure how much surplus - is this classed as a dividend payment when money is left over after the sale of the property? the property was sold a good six months ...

Hello everyone, It's such a long time since I have been in touch and since then both myself and my husband have been discharged from our bankruptcy and are starting our new lives again. Good luck to you both, my Husband and I have been through the same thing last year, we were treated really well and with respect and weren't made to feel uncomfortable - even though I felt so ill!

Take care

Thankyou Emma, This forum really has been a great support to both myself and my husband and we really couldn't have managed without your help and advice. I know I am making the right decision now, it's just so scary as I've never done anything like this before - then again I have never been through ...

Thanks Skippy, I have sent an email to the OR office explaining my situation and just asking what will happen, I'm such a worrier and it's so obvious we never meant for all this to happen but my problem is I do seem to worry about everything - especially when it's official! Like you say my health an...

Thanks Mish, It's strange isn't it - you think you have turned a corner but I've felt like that at every stage! This forum makes you realise you are not alone and not the only one going through this. This time last year I was at the depths of despair but when I think about what we have been through ...

that must have been so frustrating for you, one minute theres no equity, then there is, and this is your life they are dealing with. I know people make mistakes but its very unfair when you have asked them to check time and time again. We have had no advice at all from the NR just reminders our paym...

Kerri, What a nightmare isn't it. It's such a roller coaster, just when you think you are sorted these things happen, but you are one of the many people who have helped to get people like me through all this, we were gonna keep our house and decided in the end we just couldn't afford it. Turns out i...
