60 months from the date on your court paperwork that your IVA was approved, providing that you haven't defaulted any payments. Any cheques sent direct to the IVA company prior to the approval date do not count as part of your 60 payments.

Hi Michael, She has contact DFD but they will only confirm he is in an IVA & that the joint loan is included in it. What do you mean by claim in his IVA? You mean become an additional creditor?

Yes it was a joint loan signed by both parties.
What does Severally liable mean?
Can he enter a joint loan into an iva without her permission though?
