Hi, if one of your credit card debts has been sent to a collection agency can you still apply for an IVA, or can an IVA only be with the original creditor? Thanks.

Hi, if you go and live abroad is it ok to give the companies you owe money to your overseas address? Will this prevent you from applying for an IVA? I read here on the forums that you need a UK address to apply for an IVA. Thanks.
