Unfortunately no-one is going to make me bankrupt, I have asked them all individually and jointly. As I have no assets there would be nothing in it for them! Unfortunately I'm stuck with Npower who won't let me move to a cheaper supplier till I clear the arrears. It's trying to find the £350 bankruptcy fee that's the real problem with me!

I have stopped paying all money to creditors, have told them I am going bankrupt. I am "living" on state benefits now, as I am a carer. I am on Income Support an therefore have no disposable income. My debts are in the region of £130,000 and I have no assets. The local Court waive their fee, but that still leaves £350 to find. Is there any help available with this?
