My IVA is going back to 2008, I have the failed certificate but can't find any chairmans report, I want to know how do I get a copy of this without contacting the IP used.

My question is that when you do a full and final and say all creditors accept can they then proceed to take you to court for the outstanding balance. I seem to recall Melanie said she had a client that this happened to. Just want to clarify.

Thank you for your replies, as of todate we have never received a report or a receipt for any monies sent so don't know what has been paid out and what is left for my husbands creditors when his iva is sorted.

We did a re-mortgage to get the money for a full and final settlement also the sale of our endownment policies, this money has been handed to the ip some 2mths after the meeting, we have tried and tried to contact the ip via e-mail (i even sent one every day for 2 weeks) but nothing, and as i said m...

Full and Final was accepted at the first meeting, which was june 2007, now apparently as i beleive it the ip has 12mths to pay this offer, but still no paperwork (completion papers/certificate) has been received to say this has been done.

Heading says it all not coping with this situation very well, my husband does not talk about anything, he is absolutly terrified of the IP, he wont phone and speak to the person because he says he gets a telling off (putting politely), we also have tried commuicating via e-mails but get no response ...

Can anybody advise please my o/h had a revised creditors meeting at the end of september 08, should he have recieved a 2nd chairmans report regarding the meeting.
