My question is that when you do a full and final and say all creditors accept can they then proceed to take you to court for the outstanding balance. I seem to recall Melanie said she had a client that this happened to. Just want to clarify.

Thank you for your replies, as of todate we have never received a report or a receipt for any monies sent so don't know what has been paid out and what is left for my husbands creditors when his iva is sorted.

Full and Final was accepted at the first meeting, which was june 2007, now apparently as i beleive it the ip has 12mths to pay this offer, but still no paperwork (completion papers/certificate) has been received to say this has been done.

Heading says it all not coping with this situation very well, my husband does not talk about anything, he is absolutly terrified of the IP, he wont phone and speak to the person because he says he gets a telling off (putting politely), we also have tried commuicating via e-mails but get no response ...
