I thought the whole point of an IVA was to make things easier, not have me paying more. Is there anyway I can propose to complete my IVA e...

Thank you for confirming this Melanie,

To confirm, as i'm three years into my IVA, it will remain on my credit profile for another three years. If I finish my IVA earlier, as i'm hoping to do, can I apply to have the IVA removed earlier?

Evening...

My IVA was with Harrington Brooks, I'm three years into it now, but after 18months at Harrington Brooks they transferred me to a company called Tenon Group. Although my Supervisor has not changed.

I'll be starting my new job soon for which I will need to drive. As its long journeys i'd feel safer being in a reliable car for this reason can I apply for car finance. I know credit agreements are forbidden but wondered if this would be different as the car is the security! If not, say my dad was ...

My agreement states that I need to pay 50% of any extra monies on top of my stated salary. So long as I stick to that agreement my monthly payments won't go up. Unless it is a permanent raise in which case I have to do my expenditure plan again! Just means i'm not hit with any extra charges at the e...

Just realised I missed the point a little bit. I want everything to stay at my parents address. Eg, all the creditor account details but I also still want my IVA details to still be registered at my parents house. The lady who i'd be renting from has said she doesn't want anything other than our ren...

I'm looking at moving out of my parents house and renting a room somewhere. So long as I give my IP a copy of the agreement would they keep all my details at my parents address? I won't be applying for credit, the woman who i'm renting from has said that she's happy for me to rent despite my bad cre...

I'm currently looking at moving jobs which would mean a payrise putting my salary up £7k from when I first started my IVA. I'm wondering with my salary being more and I'll have more money available to me would I have to pay more, even though the payments i'm making now seem to be very close to what ...

It just says that 50% of any additional income and any windfalls need to be declared.

I've really been struggling the last few weeks after paying my IVA. Theres no way i'm going to fail to make full payments on my IVA so i've been selling things on Ebay. Obviously those funds are then transferred into my bank account. Would I need to treat this as a windfull and pay 50% into my IVA a...
