Hi

IVA has been going fine since August this year most of my accounts are shown closed / subject to the IVA however everyday loans is just showing late / missed payment every month and is the only one that’s not closed is there a reason why ?

If you ring your IP usually it can be added dependant on the amount you owe to this creditor.

They only wanted to know my partners income - my iva has nothing to do with him it was only to work out what I could afford - it is your choice if you tell him but I know that sometimes that isn’t always easy if you feel you are able to carry the burden then do what is best for you.

Mine didn’t ring me at all, I finally got through to them at 4.30pm and was told they hadn’t got all the votes in and is was another 3 days till it was sorted, give them a ring before they close and see if they have a result so you know what’s happening good luck and let us know how you get on
