did you receive any letters from your IP a few months after you had made your last payment? its called a completion certificate but its just a letter which states ' you have now completed your arrangement we have no more interest into your affairs'' or something along those lines, i had it for a few...

itll be because the IP will need to take a fee like you've said of £300 approx. so if you offered £630 the 9 payments left at £70 the creditors would only see £330 which may not be worth it seeing as your so close to the end of the term as it is. if i was in your position i would carry on as normal,...

i doubt even if you wanted to you would be able to, i used to try and use klarna when i would buy something and i would always get knocked back, i guess its the same as looking for a credit card or loan unlikely to get the credit while in IVA

i was with vanguard and my pension of 5.45% i paid via my employer pension scheme was excluded.

they just used my bottom line figure to calculate my payments

if you carried on paying for the 5 years your creditors would be looking to get another £3312 £92*36, i would offer somewhere around 3K.

i asked my iva company vanguard if this was allowed and they said not while you're in the IVA as its classed as an asset and could then be payable to the IVA

just had a thought. that was the process for generic tax credits overpayment debt, the fact you are in an IVA if your share of the debt has been included in your IVA then it may be different.
