Do you think it’s a real possibility either supervisor or creditor will fail my Iva? Or increase my payments substantially

Would your recommendation be to call the supervisor or wait/discuss in annual review

Hi Concerned on my annual review they have asked for a month bank statements that will show gambling transactions. The mortgage is in joint names / other then that we dont have any bank/finance accounts in both names

No to be honest never thought of Equity release The subject of the house is a delicate one as my partner wants no involvement with the debt - albeit she sighed a form agreeing to the proposal on the house. Some really useful advice here thanks very much. Some of which i have already done and some i will do now. I personally have debts of around 40k of debt

in our joint mortgage account which she has always put in for home emergencies she has 2k around

Yes I think Iva will be best proposition if it accepted -I can maybe pay 350a month
