Well after 7 long years I had a lovely present this morning. The postman brought me a completion certificate!!!!!

What a weight has been lifted. Thanks to everyone whos helped during that time, and good luck to those still on their journey. It is possible to succeed. :)

Just had call with CreditFix who confirmed I have made my final payment and Standing Order can be cancelled!

It may be different for each LEA. I know for my area, the limitation is with Interim Orders and Bankruptcy Restriction Orders only.

I've also been a governor throughout my IVA. I am also the Finance Governor and sign off all budgets and purchases over £5000 as well as pay increases, etc. Being in an IVA does not prevent me from doing this at all.
