we pay around 85 for two contracts, both us of us need our contracts for work purposes and if we were to cancel them we would be paying well over 100 in top ups thats why we got contracts in the first place so save some pennies :-)

can we have a joint iva or are they seperate? also do iva's get reported in the local paper too? should we be looking for somewhere to rent now in aticipation of when our home is repossessed. seems we will need around 2k for deposit and rent and agency fees, so mortgage will definately not get paid ...

it was omega distribution who were my partners wholesalers. I really hope they are trying to scare us because a cannot afford to pay £5 per statement to prove items are mine, my dmp plan doesnt leave me hardly anything each month.

Yes they took him to court and they gave him a ccj - he offered the company £100 a month but that was refused. the company said to him today they will return with a locksmith to remove goods and its down to me to prove everything is mine and not his
