Congrats on getting to the end! I made my last payment with Payplan in March. They only asked for last payslip and was pretty non eventful (was expecting more). Already received a notification on my credit file that it’s complete. Good luck for the future, it’s only been two months but the extra mon...

Sadly there’s probably two reasons why you are unlikely to have a FandF accepted. 1. By time you put this forward it will take roughly 3 months to be sorted and creditors won’t see the point settling it as it’s not a big risk. 2. Links to reason 1. Your remaining debt is quite low so creditors will ...

Sadly as you only have 12 months left and probably be 9/8 months by time there was a meeting, creditors wouldn’t agree to it as there isn’t much risk now you’ve paid a lot already. You will have to ride it out

Not so much a question but a wonder how many of us will cope with all the price rises. Luckily I’m going into my final year of my IVA but with everything going up, I think I will struggle to pay 75% of what I pay in the next review. I do hope most firms are understanding but I can’t see many peoples...

I’ve been in Iva for 3.5 years and they’ve never asked for my partners wage or bank statements once as they aren’t the ones on the Iva. They tend to just split bills 50/50 if they don’t know what they earn.

I will check if I ever get response from them :-) To be fair, I’ve tried to be as honest as possible and in return Payplan (who I use) completely leave me alone.

Thanks for the quick response foggy :-) :D

Hi all I get paid weekly and for over 3 years I’ve been paying overtime into IVA as I should etc. I found a letter from when I started it saying overtime is calculated on 10% over what I earn every month. So my question is, say I earn one week overtime but none for the next 3 weeks. My allowance is ...

Had my 1 year review with payplan and they only asked for 3 months payslips, no bank statements. Then quickly went thought my budget to make sure there wasn't any major changes. I wouldn't get yourself too worried. As long as you are honest along the way, there will be nothing to worry about :D

Hi Lucy I had a similar concern recently. I was financially linked to my wife up un till march this year and have been in an IVA for two years. She had to say I would be living there so I signed a form to say I will have no legal right to house etc but she had no issues at all. The first broker we u...

Hi There I thought it would be good to follow up on this post. My wife has recently completed on a house and there has been no real issues along the way. I had to sign a form to say I have no legal rights to the house if she fails to keep up with payments etc. In regards to my IVA, we just did a who...

Hi All :D I've been in an IVA for 18 months at the moment which is going very well. I am currently renting a flat with my partner and she is keen to purchase a property. Her dad is willing to give her the deposit needed and the house would be put in her name only for obvious reasons. We are not fina...
