Hi, are there any iva companies you can deal with over email or text? I do remember seeing someone commenting they had used such a company but can't seem to find anything.

Looking to go down the iva route in the next few weeks, I have a salary sacrifice for a loan taken out through my work.... obviously it comes straight off my salary, I would like to finish paying it as it's through my work but as it comes straight off my salary I don't see any way of stopping it any...

Yes it will be in my name only, she has one or two debts that she will continue to pay and there are no joint debts....good to know

Hi, I'm considering an iva for myself but not my wife as the vast majority of debt is in my name, my wife may be due some inheritance at some point if her passed grans house ever sells (been on the market for over a year) would this be safe or not?
