Well everything has turned around for me!!! Been made redundant today :( Have not been paid since 27 October and will be paid 3 week money next Wednesday and then i have go through the govermant to claim back a week and my notice period?!?! Actually 1 said no which i think was GE capital but that was only £180'ish so i thought they might.
Good luck to anyone else and i highly recommend Melanie's company as they are very very helpful and understand your troubles.

Everything is in full swing

Just getting all my stuff together but am struggling to find address for all my creditors. Anyone know where i send the letters too, it says to there customer services but i have been searching on the net but cant find them.

It was bought together on a joint mortage. I suppose 40% of 12000 is the equity although she payed alot more than i did a month towards it. I suppose there is about £5k in equity. I know the hsbc loan is unsecured and that is £25k!!! I think our flat was worth £168k when we bought it and its now about £180k and we only had a 40% mortage on it
