That’s the thing I’ve no idea what it could be as my childcare has gone down by a lot but bills have also gone up a lot so that’s why I was hoping they would of sorted it out quickly. I’ll try and get an answer out of them tomorrow if I can. They’re not the quickest at doing anything these days. Tha...

Hi all. So I’ve sent all of the relevant paperwork over to Creditfix as I’ve had a pay rise and reduction in childcare costs. I did it before my payment in April but they took my normal payment off me. Will they take more off me this month or do they wait until my next payment date to take the incre...

Hi everyone! Just had my second review, all is well and payments went up by £10. My son will be getting the governments 30 hours free childcare starting next month so that means my nursery fees will obviously be reduced dramatically. I’ll obviously ring creditfix when I get my invoice but just wonde...

Hi! My son is 2 and he’s been going to nursery since before my Iva so I already had tax free childcare. It’s basically a government scheme where for every 80p you pay in to childcare, the government give you 20p. So my nursery fees are £756 a month but with the government help I only pay £605. https...

Hi, I’ve just had my first annual review and it was so stress free and easy. They emailed me asking for screen shots of my p60, my last 3 wage slips and my last 3 bank statements. They got back to me within a week of doing this. I was so worried about it for some reason but it was perfectly fine. H...

It is always advisable to get anything agreed in writing. Yes, there is the possibility that they might have a change of heart, but, more importantly --- they might pass your case on to another firm / IP in the future who would be otherwise unaware of any changes to the original terms or discretion...

I have emailed Stepchange to enquire about a similar situation, mine is regards travel costs though. In my email I have pointed out that this is a temporary situation and that currently I am working from home. Will let you know what their take is on this, hopefully they will allow me to keep the ad...

Hey. I was just wondering if Creditfix came back to you about nursery fees? Thank you Hi! Yes they did eventually after me hounding them. They’ve said I can keep it as it will now be spent on providing for my son now he’s at home. I’ve screen shotted the email as proof because I don’t believe they’...

I would imagine that they took a loan repayment on or about when the IVA was agreed and are refunding that. Online banking generally will give more details, when the entry is clicked on, in a few days, once the systems sync up. Don't worry about asking questions -- that is why we are here :-) Aw th...

Hi everyone, sorry me again. I’ve checked my online banking this morning and I’ve had a bank giro credit in to my account for £202.94. The reference says it’s from me. Now I had a loan with Natwest and that was my monthly repayment to the penny. I don’t understand why they’d reimburse me on a loan r...

Thanks everyone. I don’t want anyone to think I wouldn’t be honest about it, I just know that some of the money would be needed for gas and electric and more food for my son and I’d never want to jeopardise my Iva. I’ve phoned creditfix and they don’t know the answer so someone is going to ring me b...

Hi everyone! Only in my second month of IVA but with everything going on with the coronavirus I’m off work (being paid luckily) and my sons nursery has been closed. I normally pay £567 a month in nursery fees. I wouldn’t mind paying more to creditfix but obviously I don’t know how long this will all...

Sorry to keep posting but I’m just worrying so much about not being accepted. So my creditors meeting was on Tuesday and only 1 out of 6 creditors voted which was a no. Fast forward to today where 2 voted yes and my IP told me that the Barclaycard account came back with a lower amount? I’ve asked wh...
