Hi
I have just emailed the company that deal with my IVA asking them to park payments for 2-3 months as I have just been informed that I have to take a 20% pay cut for the next few months, very worrying times.

I have been in an IVA for 18mth one of my debtors was Virgin Money, which has now been sold on. I bank with Yorkshire Bank which has been bought out by Virgin Money, will this affect my IVA.
