Hi I received my completion certificate 7 years ago and now I have no record of my IVA on my credit file etc. Today I have had a call from a company trying to say I can now claim back PPI, previously anyone who has had an IVA could not. Can anyone explain how I have paid 36 IVA payments and 45% of the value has been paid to my creditors. If this continues over the next 24 months the promised dividend will not be reached. Or are the fees paid upfront? Seems an awful lot of money to me. Having said that the current firm who took over...

I have already asked GT the question and they promised to get back to me, and as usual they did not, this is something I now expect from these companies. I first asked the question in October.
