<t>Hi everyone, <br/> <br/> I have searched the forums, and i cant find anything that is current on this topic, only stuff from up to 10 years ago! I'm currently 11 months into my IVA, and i'm looking at starting a new business, doing Shellac gel nails (as a side line to my normal day job). I am REA...

Hello everybody!
As you know, my IVA was approved on the 28th July.
Does anyone know when the phone calls and constant letters of default payments will stop? I get them every single day. Its driving me mad now!

So it's been nearly a week, and Lloyds have unfroze my current account I have with them (I had a credit card with them). During the freeze, my friend went and sent me some money she owed me to that account, so that's lost forever. My other friend did the same thing this morning, and it arrived! So c...

Ok. Thank you Foggy. That makes sense. So if (by some miracle) i got the payments, do i just call Hanover, and let them know, and they will work out the 60% and when the payments are to be made? The exact wording i have been sent is as follows: "The debtor must seek to obtain Child Maintenance from ...

Hi all,
My meeting was today, and i was approved on the condition I seek child maintenance and give them 60% of it. I have already seeked child maintenance (of course), so seeking it again will have the same effect.
So if i don't get child maintenance, what will happen?
Please help!

Hi Foggy, Oh thank you so much, i feel a lot better now. I logged into my Nationwide account yesterday, and the account has been completely removed. My meeting isn't until the 28th. So i cant actually see if the payment has go to them, but it hasn't reached my new account, so I assume it has done to...

Oh, i have another question. So i have a credit card with Lloyds, which is mine. And a joint current account with them with my ex. I've been asking my ex to take his name off, but we don't live near a bank, and he cant get the time away from work to go into branch and do it (our closest one is a 20 ...

I've just realised that my Child Benefit payment has gone to my old account (Nationwide, which is now frozen) as it hasn't reached my new account. I obviously didn't change the direct debit detail quick enough. I cant see if the payment went there, but it hasn't gone to my new account.  :...

Hi abbiesmum2003, All credit cards are maxed. again. I try and put big amounts on them, and then i need the money again for food and insurance and just things to live. It's so disheartening. I feel so happy and positive about paying them, and then the fees come out and i need to use the money, and i...

I have yes, and i thought i had changed them all over, but this one went out of my old account, so now i'm over-drawn (story of my life).
If i get refused, then i guess i'm in even more trouble and the missed payments stay on my file anyway!
