As you know, my IVA was approved on the 28th July.

Does anyone know when the phone calls and constant letters of default payments will stop? I get them every single day. Its driving me mad now!

My meeting was today, and i was approved on the condition I seek child maintenance and give them 60% of it. I have already seeked child maintenance (of course), so seeking it again will have the same effect.

So if i don't get child maintenance, what will happen?

I never thought of it that way around. I've been so concerned about missing them in the past, that I've often skipped the weeks food shop to pay them. Its a good job my kids LOVE beans on toast!

I have yes, and i thought i had changed them all over, but this one went out of my old account, so now i'm over-drawn (story of my life).
If i get refused, then i guess i'm in even more trouble and the missed payments stay on my file anyway!
