Yes so the betting account is all in her name, nothing to do with me… has her email address and her bank card.
But all I can find to prove that it’s hers is that on the bank statement it has the last 4 digits of her bank card that she withdrew it too… should that be enough ?

So if my iva failed I would be able to look into dmp instead ? Obviously it would cost me more which isn’t ideal but would have to do something and obviously want to avoid bankruptcy at all cost
