Hi Guys. I'm an an IVA and I know that we have have 10% extra each month then after that 50% needs to enter the IVA. The thing is my wife's income fluctuates so much I haven't really kept an eye on it and now our 12 or 6 month is almost due. So if it ends up that we own the IVA £1000+ (for example) ...

Nationwide state that an IVA is a no, no. I've got another account with Think Banking that is very very good but it's just a pain having to pay for a bank account. Secure Trust are quite good (again you pay a monthly fee). The only other bank I know about that will offer an account to us IVA'ers is ...

Mainly because a load of direct debits bounced When RBS had their clearing issues and me not realising that when you use pay at the pump the money takes an extra couple of days to show on the cash point. S...

Hi. I would stay away from co-op. Customer service is amazing, but they do not have real time banking. So if you use you debit card in Tesco for example it will take over a week to come out of your account. Online banking does not show this until the money comes out. You have to keep calling custome...

Hi All, Thanks for your kind comments, it’s been a big help. We already have one 24 month year old, just after the IVA was approved my husband called Freeman Jones asking what would happen in theory if we had another one… They said that it could put the IVA in jeopardy if our payments had to change ...

Hi All.
First I hope this is the correct place to post this type of question.

I'm currently in a VIA with Freeman Jones, and I wondered if I am able to have a baby whilst in an IVA? The IVA started in Sep.

Many Thanks!
Tammy
