sorry rachel33 for my response taking so long. No, I didn't bother filling in the forms from the court because I knew I would be filing for bankruptcy and the bankruptcy would void out the CCJ. Just make sure you list this creditor on the petition and the court number from the CCJ papers. Take care ...
