Hi. I understand the overtime and bonus clause in my IVA is 10% then 50/50 split. I am paid 4 weekly but in i am due to receive my annual bonus in my next pay. I’ve been asked to sign an RX1 form after my Iva has been agreed. I have signed and returned, however they have requested that my partner also signs this form.
The mortgage and property are solely in my name. Would she still be expected to sign this and what could happen if she didn’t sign it?

Thanks Foggy, that really helps.
As long as a can justify what the transfers are for then I am within my rights to be able to do this? I feel by doing this would give better control over managing our expenses.

I doubt I will be able to save much if anything but I know some of my costs have been calculated with a monthly allowance however the cost would only occur annually for example service & mot which obviously is need to save for.
