Thank you, I am going to HSBC branch today to discuss it, if they will not give me any kind of insurance that my account will stay open under IVA I will open an account in barclays and mjve everything there.

Yorkshire Building Society (NOT Yorkshire Bank) have online 'e-accounts'. I used a co-op cashminder for 'overflow' funds. Hello all,

Quick question my IP The Debt Advice Service offers 11p dividend for my debt, nearly 20k mostly to TSB and Lloyds. Is it enough to be accepted? I told them already I can pay without any issues up to 130 but they want me to stay at 100. Any thoughts?
