They won't know about your separate accounts and if you can save anything from your allowances, overtime and/or bonuses it is yours to do with as you wish. We all have emergencies during our IVA.

Thanks Foggy. But what I don’t understand is that if you can’t get credit while in an IVA then surely you need to save money for when you need to change your car, so surely you will need to have so many thousand saved up for the change of car? This savings account I have is primarliy for that change...

Ah ok, thanks Foggy. They would already know about the DD going out to it as it’s not a new DD so they would already have seen it. Or I at least imagine they should have anyway! 😕
