My dad has transferred the funds to my account, am i ok to pay it from there or does it have to come from his bank. CF did not mention this when i have just called to find out the result. T...

Many thanks for the reply, i will let you know after i hear. Meeting on june 23 so still 4 weeks off yet. Just want out of it now and luckily my dad is stumping up the money.

What is the probability my full and final settlement offer will be accepted at the creditors meeting on 23rd june.

I have 21 payments left of 179 per month and have offered the full amount of 3759.
