Hi does that mean that in a joint iva if it was to face bankruptcy both members would have to go bankrupt? unless we had already removed my wife like we spoke last week. Or is that not woth doing as she would still get caught up in the joint debts even if we removed her from the iva and had a sepera...

Hi
if there are two people in a joint iva and one member agrees to take on the whole debt, surely this would free the other member from the financial constraints.
