Just rang GT and they said DD should not have been cancelled.
Cant understand why they have but must have been an error.
Anyway spoke to a lovely lady and got it sorted.

Hi Melanie,

It's nearly a year since you posted a message to me about my mother. Sorry!! i have just read it!!. Yes I agree with what you say. She went through a terrible time with Halifax. They were anything but... compassionate! It all worked out in the end for her though!

Thanks for that. It's bad enough the waiting, but when it's adjourned it makes you start doubting again. Anyway i'll bear in mind what you've said and hopefully!!!
