I am with Grant Thornton and had my IVA approved on 29th Sept and I pay my first payment on the 29th October. I hope your application is approved and will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Thanks for replying so quickly,I will obviously give her the money back for the prepayment prescription certificate and tell her not to purchase anything for me on it in the future....I will tell her its not allowed in the IVA T&C's bless her!!!

Thankyou for your responses and yes the relief is strange but good[:D] I feel like I am on a high (I am getting face ache from smiling, not done that for a while) I know the high will subside but for now I will enjoy it, I am even happier that I don't have to pay my first payment till the 29th octob...
