I am with Grant Thornton and had my IVA approved on 29th Sept and I pay my first payment on the 29th October. I hope your application is approved and will keep my fingers crossed for you.

I know NHS pensions (basic of 6% into pension) is ring fenced no one can touch it even in BR, think this is the same for council workers

Thanks for replying so quickly,I will obviously give her the money back for the prepayment prescription certificate and tell her not to purchase anything for me on it in the future....I will tell her its not allowed in the IVA T&C's bless her!!!
