CF are correct in that the bonus should be dealt with in the month it is paid, as payment for that month (even though it might cover 3, 6 or even 12 months). That said some IP's do actually average it out over the period the bonus is designed to cover. But CF will likely go for whatever gets the bes...

With most firms I would say that £20k would be worth offering, as you are also saving both IP and creditors form 3 more years of messing around with monthly installments, which cost in administration time and resources. CreditFix, however, are known to be keen on the full outstanding payments being ...

It will be easier ( and faster) if McCD remove the charge, as they should have done well before now. A polite email should jog their memories. This is what Land Registry told me, back along, when I queried charge removal with them: To withdraw a restriction H M Land Registry would normally expect to...

Definitely worth it in the end --- looking forward 5 or 6 years can seem quite daunting. But, looking back, it's not so long in the grand scheme of things. Harry and Megan married 5 years ago -- seems like yesterday !

For a "Yes" they need at least 75% in favour (by debt value), so, as they say, if the 'missing' creditor votes yes then Plend will have to play ball. The fact that the creditor has not, thus far, voted indicates either disinterest or that they are happy to let the dice fall where they may. Both woul...

They usually submit the paperwork to creditors a couple of weeks after getting everything they need from you and they give a month's notice of the variation meeting. Then, when accepted, you make the final payment and the usual closure procedures begin. These can take up to 6 months, but, of course,...

I ended my IVA early ( half way through) as changes in my circumstances left me unable to afford the £460 IVA payment at all ! They just did an I&E and that was it. IP's will not submit an offer if they think it has little chance of going through The couple of payments made during the process will b...

The process usually takes from 6 to 12 weeks. I cannot comment on the outcome, without the full picture, but, if the offer is a good one then the chances are good. Best of luck.

Contractually you and the IP are bound to carry out a review on each anniversary of the IVA until completion, so, yes, you should have this review, possibly along with another in 5 months in readiness for closure.
