It was accepted they e mailed me by 10am.

They have so far been really good. Very responsive to my messages and keeping me up to date.
I have my creditors meeting on the 20th July.

I've just had the same, well I'm in the process still. One of my creditors refused creditfix fee and they have transferred me to logan whyte. My IP with insolvency experts did not seem concerned, so I'm hoping I get my draft proposal through soon as credit fix sent it them but I still have to see it...

I'm in the process of applying for an IVA with insolvency experts.
I have been notified today that one of my creditors declined credit fix's fee.
They have passed my proposal onto Logan Whyte to now take over as they have flexible fees.
Has anyone ever had this too?
