Hi,my son is looking at a student let for his 2nd year at uni,we have been asked to be be a gaurantor, which we obviously cant be,has any one here been in this situation, and if so how did they manage to get round it,both my wife and myself are in iva's.

Hi all, My wife is now in the process of needing to remortgage as part of her iva, have had a valuation on our house and it looks like very little equity,we have seperate iva's , and mine does'nt include remortgage.
