So we’re done, we got our completion certificate whoooo! I know it will take time for credit references to update etc but we’re desperate to buy a house. Fortunately we have a family member that will gift us our deposit. I know there’s been mention of brokers on here before, particularly Ryan, I’ve ...

Thanks for the replies! I just wish I understood it, if they’re not waiting on anything, what are they doing! Be better if they explained it but I couldn’t pin them down and it just sets me off worrying! Just want it behind me! I don’t get what the process is

Hi So we paid off our Iva in April, everywhere I look says 12 weeks until we get the certificate. It’s been 10 weeks so I rang for an update and they would barely tell me anything, other than it can take up to 6 months. I asked if they were waiting for anything and they said no so I asked them to ex...

Yep so we had a 9 month payment break, but if we pay it off next March I’m only paying 6 months. I just didn’t want to shoot myself in the foot but try and pay it off earlier

So it would be classed as f&f rather than just paying what it is earlier, as technically I should be finishing this December 😭

Hi there, I’m looking for some advice. Our IVA started in December 2017 and then we had to take a 9 month extension due to my pregnancy with my son, so it’s due to end in September 2023. If we can, we’d like to pay the remaining balance off in March but this equates to £1,134.00. I don’t want to off...

Thank you so much for replying

Thanks Foggy, when you say look back, what do you mean? Do they not just check the annual reviews? I’m only asking for timescales as want to get off it asap.

Many thanks

Hi again Our IVA last payment is September 2023. I know it’s a while off but I’m just wondering what to expect. Do they just do a final review like the annual review or is it more in-depth? I know after the last payment it’s supposed to take at least three months to come off our credit reports but w...

They said it worked and uploaded my statements but I had revoked it. When I’ve clicked on the link it says revoked so now I’m cross. I don’t even know how I can double check that they can’t keep looking at it 🤬

Hi, So I’ve received the request for my review and for my bank statements it’s asked to be supplied by accessing my account by a company called Credit Kudos. I’ve nothing to hide but I feel uncomfortable supplying it this way. Normally they just ask for 3 months but would this be full access to more...
