I agree with Mish's comments - I have taken Police officers through bankruptcy and superior officers are comfortable if no fraud BRO etc. As mentioned earlier provided there is no financial association parents credit file should not impact on children's credit rating all the best alan www.debtdr.co.uk

wishing you a safe tour Steve I have a concern that as the income increases then the 50% will come into play - Hopefully Melanie can advise, also watch out for any arguements that your expenditure may reduce while away, making even more available for an increased payment Hopefully the supervisor has...

Whilst the overall picture would be required - if you are not happy and 125% borrowed on the property. Could be time to look at alternatives.

Hi I agree with Andy with regard to the potential danager of failure - However as there was reduced combined household income and the supervisor is looking at a variation and has said pay what you can - I wouldn't pay an amount that would leave you short on essential expenditure and priority payment...

Also I would look at securing the rented property before entering into a formal arrangement - that way you are more ...

With regard to the future prepare an updated income and expenditure statement and have that before you when you talk with. If ther...

Hind sight is a marvellous thing but if you had talked with an IP like Melanie I am sure she would have asked you of what were your future plans were at the tim...
