I must admit that I did not tell anyone other than my adult children. It would have killed my parents as they never had any debt at all. It didn't bother me at all that we kept it to ourselves, however, as Nicola says, it is each to his own.

I am with O2 and managed to upgrade my phone during my IVA with no problem but obviously I cannot speak for Vodaphone. It may well be that you have to do a sim only deal until the end of your IVA. As to the car, you will probably find that insurance companies will want you to pay the full amount upf...

Glad it arrived and I echo Breezy. I completed mine in 2013 and still have the paperwork even though I have never been asked for it.

Sorry about your problems. I can only suggest that you keep persevering with phone calls and email Ebengate via their normal email address and tell them with taking things further.

What was the total amount of your debts before you entered the IVA?

Sorry about the delay in answering. I believe you just have to give proof that the funds are there if it agreed and you can transfer them straight away.

I had mine in the bank ready to go.

You shouldn't take out any more credit whilst in an IVA. If your company gets to hear about this it could result in the IVA failing.
