My car has died and I still have over three years before my IVA is completed. Am I allowed to enter into a car leasing agreement or is this against the rules?

My wife has been teaching for six years. When she began teaching she was told that her student loans (£14,000) would be paid back for her providing she remained within education for 10 years. However, the outstanding amount has been included in our IVA agreement - is this right?
