In my IVA I have no 10% rule so a straight 50% has to be paid inti=o the IVA, my proposal states that this does not have to be paid straight away providing all extra monies is paid acroos intime for the annual review, but each individuals proposals may differ.

I find this incredible, if you have provided all what was asked for at each annual review & your IP has sent you responses to state no increases then this is obviously a mistake on your IP's part, my IVA states I must hand over 50% of any additional income above that in the proposal obviouly taking ...

With my IVA I have to pay 50% over however my proposal states that providing that this 50% gets handed over before the annual review this is fine.

Yeah it does makje sense to compare you I & E form to the most recent one so dont understand why DFD do this, I wonder if any of the other IP's do this?
