That is a strange one, my IVA takes a straight 50%

In my IVA I have no 10% rule so a straight 50% has to be paid inti=o the IVA, my proposal states that this does not have to be paid straight away providing all extra monies is paid acroos intime for the annual review, but each individuals proposals may differ.

I have had pay rises & upon my reviews the IP has never taken all of my payrise after I & E taken into account, in some instances they have taken less than 50%

With my IVA I have to pay 50% over however my proposal states that providing that this 50% gets handed over before the annual review this is fine.

Iknow its hard but you have come a long way & the next year will fly by.

You might ind that they mean 50% of any extra income after any extra expenditure is taken into account.

Yes you are right Melanie, I dont think any other company do it this way so am surprided DFD do this.

Yeah it does makje sense to compare you I & E form to the most recent one so dont understand why DFD do this, I wonder if any of the other IP's do this?
