Evette, I will contact you today. I spoke to someone today at DFD and she basically said the is nothing they can do until all the claims are through. I just feel 15 months should of been plenty of time to sort 6 PPI claims out.

its now been 6 months and ppi claims still not been sorted. not had any letters from DFD since I cancelled my direct debit. not happy at all.

A few years ago it used to be very easy to get hold of DFD not sure what the problem is these days cost me £12 yesterday in phone calls and not got any answers. just glad my IVA is nearly over. DFD needs a few more people like declan

Payments for my IVA ended in May but my PPI claims are still ongoing with equity in finance. but with a joint savings account im guessing you cant use your card in shops abroad etc so it would mean paying our wages into a savings account then having to transfer it

looks like we going to have to keep separate bank accounts then even tho iva as already ended! she has nothing to do with my iva. so the defaults i have on my account from 5 years ago when i was not even with my wife will affect her credit rating seems unfair to me that!

its just a standard bank account with a debit card i cant go overdrawn and no overdraft is available but the account does show on my credit report. I just want to know if adding my wife onto the account will damage her credit rating.
