Sheer professional incompetence the only problem been legal counsel cannot be afforded by people in an IVA and so GT continues to get away with it. Personally i would tell them this arrears is down to them failing to do thier job competantly and should be withdrawn from thier fees and you should com...

You dont have to agree to the fees going up as you can continue your iva on the terms they bought it at. Theres not problem with refusing to sign the increase it just makes the IP more more money it wont breach your IVA. Fees have nothing to do with payments as payments are taken from your income an...

GT has always stated it considers all assets to be included no matter what the IVA says pity no-one can afford to legally test that assumption.

Probably Grant Thornton buying it out and your fee's will not go up unless you agree to them going up which will be the first thing they ask you to do. If your IVA is taken over its at your old terms and conditions which you are entitled to keep, refuse any changes that allow higher fees and removal...

You have to keep badgering them several times a week to get it sorted if you have a maximum time on your iva (normally 60months) they will of already breached this and you have to point this out. Most problems lie with GT getting caught out by the taxman over VAT when they ruled all bought IVA's are...

Dont be patient be pro-active contact them weekly be a pain in the rear until they get fed up and push yours through.
Just waiting only puts you at the back of the queue.

Its a scandal people would have to do it but all the posts on various threads here show its commonplace.
