Hi Antony So sorry about the name. Just a little confusion. My financial advisor is trying so hard to get a deal elsewhere but is struggling. Any advise on the lease?

Hi Welshboy, Thanks for replying. The property which i want to buy is up for £107000, but i have put an offer in of £90000. The estate agent said they cannot forward this to the company selling because they need to see an AIP or money in your bank account first. I have always made my mortgage paymen...

I cant dream of having to go through another 12 months with this . I was looking forward to the end of these long and hard 60 months. Is there no other w...

I have just filled in all the relevant details to remortgage my property as i am in my final 8 months of the iva. I have been asked for a valuation fee of £300. up front but am unable to raise this. This has to be raised within a couple of days, as i risk losing the low interest rate and no solicito...

In my proposal for my IVA it states: "within 6 months following the fourth anniversary of my Arrangement I will begin to take steps in order to remortgage my equitable interest in my property for the benefit of my creditors". What I want to know is that by the end of December when my IVA ends I will...

So my IP gave me a contact number for a financial advisor who can help me get the money needed. This means that I have to remortgage with another company. The total fees for all this a...

Hi Melanie, Thanks for replying. Yes I have been asked to look at the equity in my property. I am in the final year of my IVA. I need £12000. minimum. I have spoken to a financial advisor about this and he said as long as I have the equity there should not be a problem. Will I be able to settle this...

I would like to ask something else. Now that I have only 10 months left on my IVA is it better to wait till the end of this term? Or would I be better off to see how much equity I have in my property to settle in full now.
Thanking you again.

Hi there, I have 10 months left for my iva to be completed. I have not yet sent any income & expenditure details since the start of the IVA. I have kept up my payments all the time. I have just under £5000.00 left to pay back. Will my IP ask for any bank statements in the near future and income expe...
