Ar well if that is the case then I am sure it will have to be paid over.. I read through my IVA back to front a while back and there certainly is no mention of anything under £500 being kept by myself.. Would have been nice seeing that due to all this recession malarkey I have been rather tight on m...

Thanks Melaine, I do understand what you mean by being encouraged as I would assume that is what an IVA helps you to achieve in the future, as to saving a lot of money, the money I put aside is the emergency and sundries money I have in my I&E form, the only thing that bumps this up is usually the a...

Many thanks Andy, that has cleared that up, I don't suppose there is a cap of what I can save or is there a point where what I save can be deemed ''too much'' just an item I recently sold on ebay made a few hundred quid and this has been put into my savings, I have planned to already use this to ser...

Hi guys I hope your all well.. I have been looking at these prepaid card things that have seemingly had a lot of people I know raving about.. if this is the case, do you think that even if I pay the 50% over to my IP as and when I get it, that this will at all effect my next years outcome if it is still going to be based on the following year?

Thanks for the info on this.. Still not to sure what to do about the extra money I have had due to overtime and bonus though.. Melanie does that mean that the assessment will only look at what I will have to pay for the following year only? Does that mean they wont base it on what I have earned duri...

Hey Andrew, I'm not to sure on the answer to that, but I'm fairly confident that BR stays on your credit history forever where as an IVA comes off after 6 years, Where an IVA last for 60 months or 5 years these count on your credit file, so if you have an IVA for 5 years, 1 more year after that then...
